A third party, authorised by you, can apply for Financial Assistance on your behalf. But before they can, it’s worth mentioning a few details:
- Your nominated representative must be pre-authorised with us before they can apply. Click here to access our Third Party Authority Form under your LatitudePay product
- Once pre-authorised, your nominated representative can apply for Financial assistance on your behalf, online.
- Your nominated representative may be required to supply additional documents to us as part of your Financial assistance application – for example, copies of payslips or income statements, utility bills or expense statements, copies of loan or credit card statements from other lenders, etc
- If your application is successful, you’ll still need to accept the arrangement terms proposed even if your authorised representative has applied on your behalf. This will be a change to your credit contract with LatitudePay and so we’ll need your direct approval to proceed
