LatitudePay can only process a refund on your account when the retailer has approved your return and refund in line with their returns and refunds policy.
This process can take time, particularly if you are returning online goods through the post. It can mean your weekly instalments will continue until we receive the refund approval from the merchant.
If there is a dispute over the return, it’s best to work things through with the merchant (a chat can go a long way).
