If you believe your complaint has not been resolved, you may want to refer the matter to an external dispute resolution service, which independently resolves disputes between consumers and participating financial services providers.

In addition to contacting us or AFCA, if you believe there is a breach of the AFIA Code of Practice for Buy Now Pay Later, you can report this to the CCC. The CCC will not consider your complaint if you are still trying to resolve it with us, or with AFCA. To lodge a complaint with the CCC, you can contact them at CCC-BNPL@afia.asn.au.
