LatitudePay can’t process refund requests from customers directly. All returns and refunds are governed by the Returns Policy of the place you made your purchase. You should be able to find out your options by checking their returns policy or discussing it with them directly.
LatitudePay can only process a refund when the store you made your purchase with has approved your return and the refund. Once they notify us, your refund should appear in your account within 3 business days (depending on your financial institution).
You will also receive an email with the details of your refund when it goes through.
