Returns and refunds will always be determined by the returns policy of the individual retailer or service provider you bought the item or service from. You should be able to find out your options by checking their returns policy on their website or contacting them directly.
We do not process any refund requests from customers, you will need to talk to the merchant.
LatitudePay can not process a refund without the merchant’s approval. When a merchant has approved a refund, it will be processed automatically and you will receive any instalments you have paid back to the card you used for the purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions, please follow up with your financial institution.
