We'll shoot you an email or SMS to remind you of your upcoming payment the day before it's due.
If our attempt to automatically debit your payment fails, we'll let you know that you need to log in via your LatitudePay account and make a manual payment.
- If you don't make a payment on the due date before midnight AEDT, you'll be charged a $10 late fee
- If you miss 3 or more payments, your LatitudePay limit will be decreased
- If you miss 5 payments on a plan, your account will be permanently blocked
