- The customer has a low credit score
- The customer entered their details incorrectly and we were unable to verify their identity
If your customer is a LatitudePay customer already, the likely reason of a purchase decline is that the customer has insufficient funds on their credit/debit card when they attempt to make their first instalment.
Where an existing customer has missed an instalment with LatitudePay, their account will be blocked until they catch up on their repayments.
