We don't decline purchases, your bank does. If you have been declined when you attempt to process a new plan, this is usually because you have insufficient funds to cover the first instalment.
If you have missed an instalment on one of your payment plans we will block you from making additional purchases. You won't be able to use your account until you make any outstanding payments and your plan is up to date. If you attempt to create a new purchase plan, you will be prompted to pay the outstanding amount before you are able to create a new plan.
