To change the card for an active plan, simply login to your LatitudePay account and update your card details. Please note that the card details are only updated for the plan you have selected. You will have to change your card details on each payment plan if you have more than one plan.
You cannot change your card If you do not have an active payment plan. You can add your new card when making your next purchase.
Changing your card details:
1. Log into your account, select the arrow next to your payment plan
2. Click the three dots on the left of the screen.
3. Select “Change payment details” from the drop down menu
4. Add the details of the card you want to use
